Returns Policy
Any damages, shortages and or faults must be reported are at the time of delivery, at that time we will be happy to offer an exchange or supply any missing item at no extra charge.
If goods are returned due to unsuitability then once they are physically back to us and have been checked to ensure they have been returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging then you will be refunded by cheque less the delivery charge on the consignment. If we have to return to an address to collect furniture once it has been accepted then we will also charge a collection fee that is equivalent to the delivery charge made at the time of order.
It is essential that you check the dimensions of any item purchased to ensure that the item will fit in the location you wish to put it, and will fit through your doors, upstairs etc as this will not be considered as adequate reason for return of the item.
Please take extra care to read our Product Care Information as we cannot accept textiles for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash or furniture that has been damaged when cleaning.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to pay for the return of the products to us. To return any item you must first please telephone us on 01829 730969 to receive a reference number. Send the goods to us ensuring that you retain proof of posting. The address is Bedknobs for Kids, 23 High Street, Tarporley, Cheshire, CW6 0DP. No goods will be accepted back at Bedknobs without clearly displaying the return reference number which must be obtained prior to the return of any item.
We do stress that when returning items it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of collection or posting and appropriate insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels or furniture lost in transit and can only refund once the goods are received back at our premises and have been inspected. |
